Well the season has wrapped up for 2016. On behalf of Tarneit United, I would like to thank our parents for bringing the children to training and to the games. I know it is not easy to forego the Sunday morning sleep in, but you did and we acknowledge and appreciate it. Thank you.

To our players, you have had a great year. You should be proud of your achievements this year, we are. You are developing into fine young players. Your passion for the game is amazing, always believe in yourselves, and remember good sportsmanship is not a quality to take for granted.

Finally to our coaches. You guys are inspirational. You freely volunteer your time and you have become mentors to our players. You have willingly taken this responsibility and we appreciate it whole heartedly. Thank you.

I would also like to send a special thank you to Rick Portelli. He has come in and provided guidance and training for our 16’s, helping them to improve their fitness levels. Thanks Rick you’re a legend.

We are planning the end of year function, once I confirm the date, I will advise you. I hope to see you all there.
